findplaces.co.za gives legitimate companies a bad wrap

I am having the same problem and I have done some research on what you can do to have your details removed or website closed down.

The owners of the site is also the owners of mydeveloper.co.za and southsoft.co.za and their IP address is 197.189.206.130 and is hosted by Hetzner, the ISP.

I have spoken to Hetzner and they where very helpfull in the process that needs to be followed.

Contact ISPA at ***, Hetzner is a member, and submit a Take Done Notice. They will then take it from there and assist you. Hetzner will then inform the domain owner and he needs to respond and then if he doesn't remove your listing from his site or respond within 48 hours to Hetzners email, they can go to the next step of shutting down the site.
