Poor Service & Wrong Item Delivered

I ordered a Weller woodburning kit via Bid or Buy. I was first told it was the wrong price, after I had already paid for it, I refused to pay the extra amount. The guy said he will send me the item on the left of the picture, which was the kit that included the soldering iron, and on the right of the picture was just the woodburning tips. He then said he will send the item on the left hand side, but when I received it, I got just the tips, and not the whole kit. I have phoned for three days, and no one answers, and I have emailed twice, and no reply. The guy I dealed with was Jason Chalmers.
