FIND A CLIENT........................use them at your peril.

We operate in the Financial Services industry, and run a call centre that sets up appointments for our advisors. We have had an unpleasant experience dealing with FIND A CLIENT which are a lead provider based in Durban. They offer appointments set up by their"prospecting call centre team" which (as they state) sets up meetings with suitably screened high net worth individuals. We, after discussing our requirements with Mark Chetty of FIND A CLIENT, purchased a block of appointments to be set up over the following ten days. The money was duly deposited into their account. After a few days we were sent two "appointments" neither of whom either wished to meet with us, or even had the affordability to do so. We expressed our concerns, and were immediately met with an arrogant and dismissive response by the aforementioned Mark Chetty. He gave a number of laughable reasons as to why the appointments had not been successful. Despite our repeated requests for the quota of appointments to be arranged (as paid for) we have been totally ignored, and have had the phoned slammed down on numerous occasions. This episode started back in April 2018 and months later has not been resolved. I caution you to avoid dealing with Mark Chetty and his so called company. There are trustworthy organizations that set up meetings for financial service providers, you just need to do your research to find them. FIND A CLIENT are without a doubt lacking in integrity...................stay away from them.
