Zero customer service and ******s

I am beyond upset, annoyed and disappointed with the service I got from this company. I paid off two accounts in full more than two weeks ago on the 21 March to be exact. I have alot of money due to me as the accounts are on a credit. First of all they did not credit me . I had to phone them which I did on Monday the lady I spoke to send me two reference numbers this is after she confirmed that refunds will be made in my account by this Thursday. I call them to follow up on the progress I am told I will not get paid my money because I didn’t send the proof of payment which I was not told on Monday.

No one gave me that information the lady I spoke to on Thursday then says I should send to *** and put my ID number as subject money will be paid in 24 hours. Today I call yet again to follow up only to be told no you should send your docs to ***…. Like?????? What games is this company playing? I am just asking for my money is that too much to ask? What threw me off is the fact that she then follows up by saying unfortunately you will only get your money in 3-5 working days like what the hell? This is my money had they paid me immediately after I settled my account I wouldn’t need to wait for so long and also they just chilled with my money while they got positive interests on my money and now I have to slaughter a whole *** to get my money back. I have asked that girl to escalate to their supervisors and managers and they better pay me today or told latest as it is not my fault. They must listen to their recorded calls I am very upset because their staff wasn’t competent from the first call. I want my money!!!!!!!!
