Zero communication!! No feedback!!
I app**** on the 29th of December, sent all the required documents and got a debit check mandate, my application has been stuck on "If you have sent through your supporting documentation for your application, please allow 24 hours for us to process them and update your status." Call centre agent said I need to wait for a call as I am a 1st applicant. When will this call be made? when will I get feedback? Why has a debit order mandate been made before I receive an approval?
Please may I get feedback as soon as possible!!!
