ZAMEKA FAILS FINCHOICE!!!!

I am very appalled and disgusted with the customer service from Finchoice, specifically with a lady by the name of Zameka who was absolutely rude with me and has the worst attitude ever when speaking to me. I asked her for her name and told her I'm going to lay a complaint against her and she told me her name in such a sarcastic manner and still said "No Problem Ma'am". I would like management at Finchoice to take necessary disciplinary action against her because she will cause the company to lose its valuable customers. I have never in my entire life spoken to such a rude consultant, I myself am a call centre consultant and I believe there should be applying the TCF(Treating Customers Fairly) method when training their consultants. I was however called by another consultant who then assisted me and was quite friendly and even apologised for her colleagues disgusting behavior, minutes later Zameka calls me again and I'm thinking that she's going to apologise because maybe her colleague told her about my complaint against her but to my surprise she was yet again rude to me and had the same stinking attitude from the previous day and even hung up on me this time. I would like Finchoice to take this matter seriously and I repeat take necessary disciplinary action against her.
