Your agents are ignorable
Last month January 25th I opened a funeral policy with one of your agents, I told her to start debiting February 27, money was deposited into my account January and Fin choice deducted when I told them to start feb, now im receiving endless and smses from finchoice.. Your agents are more interested in making a sale than actually listening to what the customer has to say
