You shouldn't be operating your useless!!!!

Worse mistake ever made taking a loan from you guys...your a disgrace and money hungry ***s.Took a loan for 6 months after settling previous one on your app.Now you say I owe you for a 24 month loan and balance of what???Your call center is up to **** with employees that have no experience or drive for customer care,been logging a complaint since early last year requesting the call recordings of the loan, but to-date no avail.You call everyday the flipping whole day with no progress on my case and you expect me to pay you back,but you can't follow up on my case and correct your wrongs.Its a 6 month loan that been paid up but you still debiting my account...until you correct shall I reverse my money back.IDIOTS!!!
