Wrong debit order date
To whoever it may ring to (definitely sure you're not concerned).
You sent the date confirmation mail for the month of December and I rep**** in kind on the 13th of November to state that my payday doesn't change, but you just wasted my time and inconvenienced me with my money and your incompetence.
I am pretty sure you are aware that not everyone gets paid early and as such hence your request for confirmation.
