Wrong debit date

Finchoice hires *********** staff,that has no respect for their customers I would never recommend this financial institution to anyone even my worst enemy.

I had been complaining about the wrong debit date for several months that affects my credit score and penalties of a cheque account but seems like I have talking on my own,every month they debit on the 24th while the mandate was clear that they should debit on the last day of the month because I am only getting paid then

Fellow South Africans don't ever ask for a loan from Finchoice,it's a ****

My other question is that are they even fit and proper to run a financial institution and do they even comply to FICA ?

Whoever that is going to handle this case please listen to all the voice recording of my calls and tell me after listening to them if your consultants are fit and proper.
