wrong billing

I took a loan with finchoice November 2015 of which I have to start paying February 2016 as part of their promotion they debited my account on the 28th of November and called me for a refumd saying it was a technical error then they refunded me money and the same thing happened December they refunded my money again now they calling me telling me my account is on arrears I am so sick of their system errors that will end up messing up my name I pay my accounts every month never miss a single payment so I will not sit and watch them trying to ruin my name they are incompetence if I call them they tell me to ignore it the next minute their collection department call me to say my account is on arrears they harassing me every day with their calls telling me my account is on arrears this is so frustrating and upsetting to know they are people who are so incompetence they promised to resolve this issue but I am still receiving this calls from their collection department their system is such a mess as well as their staff they promise to solve the issue but they fail to keep their promises
