Worst unprofessional financial service provider

This company will ruin your credit score! During lock down they offered a service to assist while income was affected by reducing installment which increases the term of the loan. I accepted the assistance in 2020 now each and every month on the 1st their account appears to be in arrears while they still debit the full installment on the 20th of each month without fail. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, their contact center is the worst and they are very unprofessional,
