Worst, unprofessional and most horrible service ever
Finchoice is the most un professional company I have ever dealt with. Their call center consultants are rude and do not have empathy and respect for the client's.
I called them about million time trying to make a payment arrangement for my 24 month which I'm told was handed over to their legal department. Their Customer service and their collections are nothing but rude and unprofessional. When they transfer my calIs I stay for more than an hour on the line holding for consultant from their debt review or legal. I have sent emails to their collections, Customer Service, legal and debt review but no one is able to help.
