Worst service on paystretch

Worst Company i have ever delt with. I app**** for a Paystretch loan which was approved on the 27th December 2024 i received an Sms that it has been approved after sending all relevant documents however i went to Makro and tried to do my purchase for less than the 13000 that was approved payment did not go through i phoned the customer services nr and was told the issue is with the bank and they can assist on the 7th phoned numerous times each time i was told a differnent excuse then they phoned back on the 8th after 5 this after i spoke to a lady that said the loan was never active. She phoned back all is in order they need my bank statements take note this was send in the 27th December i send it again she said i must go back and do my shopping. Today again did all the shopping only to have the same issue phoned over 12 times each time different answer i was even told to try diffenent amounts less than the approved limit and still nothing. I was in tears completely embarrassed in front of all the people at Makro sat there waiting feedback for over 5 hours no one could assist me. How do you approve a loan but don't let the purchase go through. I have never been so humilihated in my life. I would not recommend this Pay just Now or Paystretch with Finchoice to anyone even the people at Makro said this Paystretch is an issue.
