Worst service of my life
Absolutely no care for customers. What an absolute disaster. My application took 2 WEEKS! And not one consultants phoned me. Not one person followed up about the progress of my application. I have phoned numerous times, been **** to numerous times and lost all respect for this company. Lies after lies. You have damaged my credit score. Hailey, Kyle, Faheema and all the people I have dealt with just lie and leave everything, never keeping their word.
I have requested over a week ago for a manager to phone me who still has not phoned me. No wonder your trust rating is 1.32 stars out of 5. You've just lost another client.
