WORST SERVICE
Hello Finchoice ,
Me again , This time my balance has shot all the way up to R11 179.94 . After payments have been made , my balance as of this month should be sitting at R9700.00 . Please advise why this is ? and also please advise why you keep reversing my payments and allocating them to a different date just so you can charge interest for late payment ? I dont know how many emails and calls ive made to your company , no one is assisting . its my 4th hello peter complaint with no resolution to fixing my account.
