Worst Service ever from a so called financial institution

Hi there, I app**** for a small loan on Saturday last week, I uploaded docs, I accepted debicheck everything and NOTHING! I whatsapped thier support team on thursday, the person responded check your profile, I said, I app**** Saturday it's now Thursday what is happening, they responded it's processing, I proceeded to tell them this is unprofessional and ur not helping, they then responded shame, goodbye???? Like what.

I then phoned thier call center, the gentle man was helpful, he said he had escalated it and I should get a call, I'm still waiting???

Is my debit order going to come off without even receiving the money?? Who is running this place and how does one resolve this??
