worst service ever at finchoice
I app**** for a loan on the 23rd and only got a call today from someone asking for my employer contact details, few minutes later I get a messege saying I should re apply for the loan,emember its after 7 days waiting, and now the SC I spoke to when I called to apply said she can't assist because someone else assisted me with the application ealier and now its seating under their employee number . your servise is the wost ever.

02 Aug 2024, 14:07I just followed up on my application, after being told by your consultant that I caused the delay from last weeks application which I was asked to redo yesterday , I am told that I will have to wait for next week , not happy .this is the nineth day now.
