worst service ever!!!

I was put on debt review, companies were notified and everyone understood ececpt Finchoice who still debitted my account last month after my debt adviser sent the relevant docs and they still responded everything is sorted but still stole over 2 grand from me.

calls and emails go unanswered even my debt adviser is being ignored which means they planning to ***** from me again this month and act like they know aboout nothing or blame departments that dont communicate.

Nobody can assist as they dont allow any manager to speak even if you get through on the line they all repeat all the same line " money will be paid in a few days" or " a refund request has been sent"

quick to debit accounts but fail to send money back.
