WORST SERVICE EVER!

I app**** for a Kwikdraw loan approx. 1 month ago after being offered a certain amount. A couple of days later I phoned the call centre and gave through all my details. Telephonically being informed that my loan was approved. When putting down the phone an sms was sent to me requesting my payslip which I then sent. After no feedback, I followed up again and was informed that the loan was denied. No contact made to me to inform me of the reason or nothing. After querying the reason why, I was then requested to send through bank statements. I have made approx. 10 calls to Finchoice and each time they inform me the loan is approved and takes 4 days for payment to be made. Well.... its now a month and I'm still waiting! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!
