WORST SERVICE AT FINCHOICE

I just experienced a very bad service with Finchoice. I have two accounts, the other one they failed to debit, according to them debicheck mandate was not approved. I paid through their FNB account, they allocated funds in the account that's it up to date. I've been calling and sending emails asking them to rectify, instead I receive an sms that my account it's an arrears. How come can I be in arrears, funds was deposited. Fix this issue. They are the worst company to borrow a money from if you want to go ahead in life. They will mess up with your credit prolfile.
