Worst service

<p>I was told by one of the consultants that i can pay in extra cash into my loan to reduce my repayments. I did that but now i'm still stuck with tbe same instalment even thou there's a lump sum paid. The stupid consultants and team leaders are telling me they cannot recalculate a new instalment for me (how convenient for them). The only response i could get was i'm sorry, is sorry going to pay this loan seeing that your consultant told me lies? I used my savings to reduce my instalment but they do not care about that. I will never ever do business with them again and i would never recommend them to anyone either.</p>
