Worst Nightmare Service Ever

Finchoice service worst Ever. The staff is not helpful at all. I made payment into my account on 25/10/2017 but still to date they haven't picked it up on their side. They is no sense of assistance at all. They are quick to help when opening accounts but when you need to settle it's a big no no. They are not helpful at all. For me these are BIG ********. I don't see myself opening an account ever with them .
