This is the worst financial institution in South Africa. If any person is ever in need of cash urgently do not consider, their service is pathetic even if you settle an account with proof of payment from the bank they still tell you they cant stop the debit order the money must first reflect into their account. They make their own debit order on your account without the client giving consent. the worst service a person can get, then they tell you its policy.
