Worst experience Ever and they lie
If I could give you zero i would. I app**** for a personal loan on the 5th January when i called on the 7th i was told my application was incomplete so they did a new application. I called on the 9th to check what's the progress only to be told that my application is still on the verification stage. I have called everyday since 9th to check the progress and i am always told they are still verifying my documents. I mean today is the 14th and still no communication or movement. I mean even the Bank doesn't take this long. You website says 24hrs but thats a lie.

14 Jan 2026, 10:14I called again this morning only to be told that my application was closed due to verification fail. When i asked what could be the problem i was then told the error is on my bank account which surprises me coz you have my bank statement which clearly shows my bank account and my pay slips. Again no one called me to let me know what's happing with my application, They want to do a new application which is unreasonable and it will affect my credit score. I did an application on the 5th which failed and another one the 7th.I have waited more than 5 days without feedback so tell me what difference will it make if your team doesn't communicate. You position yourself as effective and friendly but you guys are lying, Again how did i get the debit check if my account is throwing and error.
