Worst ever

So I know I am not a great customer but let me tell you a story.... In February I got a call from consultant , I made arrangements to settle my account, she gave a amount and still did a Debicheck with them so they can debit it soon as the money reflected into account.. anyway payment was done. No settlement letter recieved as to yet. As I didn't receive no response. Now it's June they started sending me sms saying I owe them money.. when they call I pick up and soon as I say Hello they drop the call. Anyway I called about 4 times. The first time I called I gave them my email address so they can send me there details Soni can show them proof of payment. After 30 minutes no email received. I call again.. then I took there email down. Didnt have airtime to send so I had to wait until I get. Finally I sent the proof of payment done to AndrewT2 I only got a responds back 5days later saying I have to highlight payment on my Bs . So I did do that and resend the same day .. still no respond and it's been over 5days and they still sending me messages.. I called again and explain.. then a agent said I need to call customer care as they don't do that but they send me a number that I must call on to query.... So again I know I wasn't the best customer but service and the struggle is very bad. All I want them to do it listen to that call recording between me and that agent .. I ask to settle my account and she said yes did all details (and I was very patient) and I thought that was done but now after 4months they want to tell me that I owe them money when I recieved no phone call no text.. I thought everything was paid off.. I am Just very upset. And I want it to be sorted
