WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
The customer service of these people is absolutely horrible!!A family member of mine settled an account beginning of the month and they still deducted the instalment account! When we call them they day the deduction was not made!! We sent them the bank statement as proof but they are still not making the refund! We sent them several emails but they just don't care!! They keep closing ticker reference numbers but do not give outcome at all!!
