Worst customer assistance and service
I would not recommend this company at all, the customer service is non existant. I have no made several enquiries with regards to my mobimoney loan status and to this day I have not received anything. I qualified for R10000 and the current loan that they are "processing" for the past 3 weeks is only for R1000??? It doesn`t help phoning them as they just say that it is in progress, I am utterly dissappointed...
