Worst company ever with arrogant staff.

I agreed that Finchoice must debit on the last day of the month but there was a failed debit on the 28/09/19 which cost me R147.00 for unpaid fee, I called them and spoke to Joshua who was arrogant and very condescending, he said there is no failed debit, despite that fact that I told him that the debit order failed. Finchoice tried to debit the account account on 29/09/19 and it failed again and the bank charged me another R147.00. I am sure they will debit again, resulting to a total of R441.00 of charges. I will not pay pay this account until they refund my bank fees.

Reviewer Update
I was not assisted. I spoke to Joshua last month after this review and he assured me that the fault was not with Finchoice, he however said I should send him an email with my bank statement showing the failed debit orders, so the matter can be investigated further. He promised to drop me an email that I would reply to with a bank statement, that never happened to this day. I then disputed the debit order because I could not afford to pay bank charges for failed debit orders and also pay the instalment. Last week I contacted Finchoice to make an arrangement because I was tired of fighting this matter, I made an arrangement of the 1st of October but today I received an SMS saying that the debit order will go of tomorrow, meaning that I will have a failed debit order charges again this month. I called Finchoice and spoke to Najuwa who told me that the DO was set for the 26th and it cannot be changed. What must happen now, should I report this matter to the NCR and Credit Ombud? If I had your email address as promised by Joshua, I would have sent this complaint directly to you. Thank you
