WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very disturbed by the lack of communication within this company. When I discussed loss of income insurance with Finchoice I was assured that if I were to lose my income the loan would be settled by the insurance and I will have no responsibility to pay anything back. My company liquidated in December and I sent all the required paper work to Finchoice (5 times) After each email I received an email back stating that the email has been received. After each email I received and additional email stating that the ticket has been closed and my documents have been uploaded. I get at least 2 calls a day from Finchoice stating that my account is in arrears. Their customer service agents do not listen and they are extremely rude I get at least 2 calls a day from their debt collection agency HSA Debt solutions trying to make a payment plan. Then they debit my account with the outstanding amount, after I have confirmed that the insurance will cover the debt and I am not responsible for any more payments. SERIOUSLY???? What is wrong with this company?

I am speaking to a lawyer regarding a harassment case against them!!!!!
