WORST COMPANY EVER!!

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still waiting for my ITC profile to be updated, it is 7 days now after I lodged another request. This account was paid up in 2015 already they got two companies on my ITC report they updated the one very quickly but came with the story that I have to wait till month end, but there is a primarily email were they sent mail to for ITC updates for business.</p> <p> </p> <p>I DO NOT UNDERSTAND!!!! Why must I wait I have paid my commitment and in 2015 already it is just FINCHOICE that is outstanding on my ITC report , I will not refer or tell anyone to use you guys at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very unproffesional cannot even phone you telephonically it is just emails all the time...</p> <p> </p> <p>UPDATE MY ITC PROFILE IMMEDIATELY PLEASE!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the email that I have received: I have not had a problem with any other creditor just FINCHOICE!</p> <p> </p> <p>Good Day</p> <p>The profile update is an automated process which is linked to your all your accounts and to the credit bureau.</p> <p>Kindly be advised that we have sent a request to the bureau to have your status updated.</p> <p>Payment profile updates happen automatically at the Credit Bureau at billing run and this normally happens at month end.</p> <p>As a business the request goes to a client specific (for businesses) mailbox where it is actioned accordingly.</p> <p>A monthly report is automatically done which forwarded to all credit bureaux.</p> <p> </p> <p>My account number is PRY00010 and the update must be done on contract number ( ********** ).</p> <p> </p> <p>Would appreciate if this can be sorted today!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
