WORSE SERVICE EVER

The worse call center ever. i attempted to take out a reloan like i normally do every month however for the month of Feb 2026 i tried to do a reloan they then asked me to send my bs. I thought i was completing the loan, the NeXT morning i receive a msg to say my loan is cancelled due to not excepting the debi check. Weird cause i received nothing. I then went onto ficnchoice website to get a whats app number i start speaking to a agent they asked for my info tyhen stopped chatting then i called in over 6 times they tell you to hold on then cut the call, During this time i check my finchoice mobi account there was a purchase order made and no lonas available i tried calling in again same thing they tell you to hold then end the call. A week later i send my info to the ***** department stating i never did this purchase order and i am no way closer to resolving my issue no loan no cusotmer service just the worse if i can put zero stars i would all i want is ma account to be sorted i never did this loan purchase..hELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP
