WHY HAVE EMPLOYEES IF THEY DO NOTHING ANYWAY. FINCHOICE IS THE APITOME OF NO SERVICE

I have a mobi money acc with finchoice to which they have appointed capital data as an administrator. i was advised of this on september 7th 2024 when requesting a statement - TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A STATEMENT .

I as advised to contact these persons:

to which i have been blatantly ignored - I must have a run around for an account that i took with FINCHOICE not anyone else and FINCHOICE simply doesnt give a **** .

on the 2nd of February i requested a statement again for CARLA KESTER - to which she included this: Anila Jai Jai Pillaye: *** ***

In the mail who simply told one of her colleagues to engage with me which they never did . ALL I WANT IS MY FLIPPEN STATEMENT AND THIS ACCOUNT IS ALMOST FINISHED - I CANT EVEN FLIPPEN GET THAT .

IMAGINE A FREAKING PAID UP LETTER FROM THIS IMBECILES?

FINCHOICE SIMPLY SITS BACK AND LETS ME SIT WITH AN ISSUE ? DISGUTING
