Why do you appear on my credit report while i have settled the account #Finchoice

I had an account with Finchoice and i have paid all the total balance by December 2020 then they fail to give me a paid up letter, then i called them on the 8 of April and they gave me paid up letter, then what is bothering me is this, Finchoice is not updated on my Credit score of which they said the ticket is closed. 1st of all i have paid 2 accounts of which the other one I don't know or understand it, but i have paid it because i don't want any bad credit now i am clearing my credits.
