WHY DEMAND MORE MONEY AFTER THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT WAS PAID???
Worst company ever. How do you debit an account that has already been settled and then demand more payment. You people were not even supposed to debit my account to begin with. Now you are here telling me that I owe you money that you were trying to ***** from my bank account?? When you give someone a settlement amount of R600 and they pay that amount why do you then later come demand R500 on top of the settlement amount you have already received? Does your explanation even make sense to you? You guys think we are all fools, I also work in accounts I know what I am talking about. You better fix this mess I'm so sick and tired of yall.
I made the settlement payment on the 24th of August, which was provided as the amount required to settle the account. Despite this payment having been made and received, you subsequently attempted to debit my bank account again.
I would like you to explain:
1. Why was a further debit attempted after the settlement amount had already been paid? 2. What amount do you allege is still outstanding on the account? 3. How was this outstanding amount calculated? 4. Why was this amount not included in, or disclosed to me before, the settlement amount was paid? 5. On what contractual or other basis are you now requesting an additional payment after receiving the settlement amount?
Please also provide me with a complete and updated statement of account showing all payments received, all amounts charged, the settlement amount, and the calculation of any amount you claim remains outstanding.
Furthermore, please confirm whether the settlement payment was accepted as full and final settlement of the account. If you contend that it was not, please provide the relevant terms of the agreement and explain why I was required to pay the settlement amount if additional amounts were still going to be claimed.
I dispute the unexplained further debit and request that no further debit orders be processed against my bank account until this matter has been clarified and the alleged outstanding balance has been properly substantiated.
