WHERE CAN I REPORT THIS BUSISNESS CONDUCT
This company is ********** THEIR CONDUCT IS APPALLING AND THIS PEOPLE SHOULD BE CLOSED PERMANANTLY AND MUST NOT WORK WITH PEOPLE What they did to me is I initially wanted to borrow money what they did to me is they forced me accept debit checks for funeral cover telling me that I WONT get a loan without the funeral cover and I refused/declined, but the de*****eck is now active furthermore the loan department as called me checked everything and ALSO TOLD ME TO ACCEPT THE ****** DEBIT CHECK AS I WAS SUCCESSFUL IN THE LOAN APPLICATION GUESS WHAT? AFTER I ACCEPT THE 3 MONTH LOAN DE*****ECK THEY THEN AFTERWARDS SEND ME AN SMS STATING THAT I DON'T QUALIFY EVEN AFTER THEIR MADE ME ACCEPT A DEBIT ORDER. NOW WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS PRACTICE IS THAT? THIS PEOPLE NEED TO RESPECT PEOPLE THEY ARE NOW TAKING ADVANTAGE.
NOW I HAVE 2 DEBIT ORDERS FOR WHAT? I TRUSTED THEM
2. Why you force people to sign up for your stupid funeral cover even if they are not interested and your agents threatening customers that their loan acceptance will be determined by them taking up a funeral cover?
