What a shame

I made 1 month loans with Finchoice and paid them back either early or on time. Now they have listed me on Experian for money I don't owe them. Due to this I was turned down by Standard Bank for a very much needed loan. I contacted their Customer care twice and was made promises that they have not kept. they promised me that they would send the paid up letters and they still haven't. My credit name is ruined. I seriously wont refer anyone not even my enemy to these people. I did not deserve what they have done. I will be taking this matter to court.
