Very very slow turnover time of loan
I app**** for a loan with FinChoice on Thursday on 26/11/2020 and consultant told me that I would received the money in my bank account on Friday morning 27/11/2020 . I have looked in my bank account there was no money of the loan. I have phoned them 4 times on Friday and all they keep on saying it is still in process. I received an SMS that the loan is approved but I still haven't receive the money of the loan. I phoned them on again @ 16:27 and all what they can say it is i the process of paying into my account and might only receive the money on Saturday morning or on Monday morning. They told me in 24h I would have the money but it is more then 24h and still I don't have the loan. I really regret for taking a loan with FinChoice since there turnover time is very very slow in finalize loans
