Very Unprofessional

This business is not on it shame. They dont respond to emails, their WhatsApp line is also non responsive, the call centre line is always busy, they don’t respond to anything. I made an application for a loan it shouldn’t take more than 2 hours to get approved/declined in 2026 honestly. It looks like they only respond here with what seems to be AI generated responses. Appalling way to run a business, or maybe they are doing it on purpose. I am worried that I have approved a debicheck mandate without having knowledge of whether the loan went through or not as I have read some people were debited even though they did not receive any funds.
