Very poor service

<p>I took out a loan from finchoice and they send my details to their legal department for collection and i settled the acount on the 20th of November 2016. Now they are telling me that despite their countless times of trying to contact me they are now sending a sherrif of the court to come and collect their outstanding ballance. How is this possible since ive sent them proof of account settlement. This guys are just full of nonsense. Guys even if you get broke to that extent please do not take up a loan with finchoice because that will be a decision that you will live to regret your entire life. I have tried communicating with their collections department countless times and they keep on refering me to someone else. This is poor service.</p>
