Very Poor custeomer care service. rude and unprofessional.

The consiltant Magalie is very rude, she shouted at me for not being able to hear you ask for the postal code, I told her she must watch how she talks to her customers and she got very aggressive and rude, I ask to speak to the manager and she cut my call. I will never reccomend this company or use them in the future. My account says -R75 I wanted to query this as i have paid my accoount in full and recied a paid up letter.
