Very frustrating
Very disappointed and frustrated. I app**** for a loan on Thursday 2 November 2023 and submitted all documents and accepted the debicheck mandate. I have followed up many times and keep on getting told it is with the documents department and feedback will follow in due course. No feedback follows and no payment. Surely this process cannot take thos long!

10 Nov 2023, 10:33Friday 10 November, had some email feedback to say it should be finalised yesterday. Still nothing. Phoned and was told they are waiting for debicheck mandate to be accepted. This was done a week ago!!!!!! This is ridiculous. If you apply for a short term loan, it is needed within a day or two. It has been over a week!!!!!!
