Very bad service

Disappointed with finchoice,I have two phones with them fongkong phones, the phone just swollen and cracked screen, I called them and they collected last month,but still not fixed even now, and the other phone just shut down and i also called them last 3 weeks until now they did not collect,and now their consultants are so rude,they keep on asking same security questions many times wasting my airtime and when i complain they drop the phone.
