Useless, Unhelpful and worst Turn Around Time Company

I don't even want to give me them a star at all.

My mother app**** an Urgent Loan from FINCHOICE which she needed urgently as she needed to pay a deposit, On Sunday 19th Jan 2020, By Monday they have phone her and she was told that she qualify for R5000.00 she agreed to that amount and the Lady told her that her money will be in late that afternoon, The afternoon came and went, Tuesday she was on the phone every hour as they told her that her application was being Processed, Tuesday same story funds will be paid out today, And today got a call saying that the money will reflect into my mothers account, still nothing and they are running on a backlog for New Clients, This is just pathetic and I will not refer any of my friends or family to this company at all, Useless no help and rude consultants working for that company, But when you ask them to cancel the application it is done within 20 min.

Get rid of the unhelpful people in your company and the call center that so load you can hear them laughing and Stalking so load in the back....
