Useless consultants

Why is it that no one from Finchoice can make contact with me what nonsense is this. The R1400.00 that i've paid where has it gone? No one from Finchoice has bothered to email me or any communication. Finchoice consultants are just useless. Why not ask Jemina about our communication since i started with my query last month.

Finchoice doesn't even make effort to update my ITC profile. This is the poorest service that i've ever received from Finchoice. Atleast Saya contacted me but they waiting for Finchoice to update my profile at ITC. And i am sick off calling customer care all they tell me is call Anthony Richards and associates whilst Jemina said the account is back with Finchoice. I've called ARA tons of times but they are speaking about the 6 months flexi that was with Saya.
