Useless call centre
Finchoice has the most useless call centre of all time!!!
A simple question please transfer me to your legal department, has cost me loads of airtime, wasted time and I still couldn't get hold of your legal department. I get transferred to numbers that just ring and ring, or I get given direct numbers that are WRONG. So stupid.
