use of physical force, coercion, undue influence, pressure, duress and harassment
As a consumer and as per the CPA, I have a right to contact any credit provider to make arrangements should I encounter financial difficulties. Instead you are using bullying tactics as if I am/have refused or saying I will not be paying this loan account. What is the point of giving me banking details yet you refuse to cancel a debit order??? Why would your collections department call me if you are not going to assist me in any form??? I’m not asking you to sympathize with me here, but rather have empathy to assist your “so called client”. I do not expect to be treated like a number, as you normally would with almost all your clients.Lastly, I asked for the debit order to go through on 30th, not the 24th as you stated in your bullying email. You cannot tell me you are not responsible for the bank charges on my account, this is ********* and the worst business practices I’ve ever come across.Ever heard of the term “Treating Customers Fairly”, clearly someone hasn’t done their COMPLIANCE TRAINING if you claim to be a reputable FSP.
SHOCKED AT THE RESPONSE BELOW FROM YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
We do understand your situation and ask that you please accept our apologies for not being able to re arrange the monthly payments as our collections department will be in contact with regards to the arrears. We do hope that you understand.
