Unsatisfied

I app**** for a loan yesterday. I received an sms this morning they will keep me updated. I tried to log in their system now only to find that the number that is registered under my ID number is not mine yet they were able to acknowledge proof of income via sms. I called in and the agents are unable to assist me since I don't pass the security check questions due to the number that is unknown on my profile.

This is really frustrating because I have approved the debicheck sms already.
