Unresolved issues

Yesterday my husband was phoned to say his been blacklisted by finchoice, my husband phoned finchoice as he had any account with finchoice, what makes it all worse is the fact that Port Elizabeth don't even have a finchoice branch. When finchoice was contacted regarding this so called account they could not give us answers we were transfered to 8 different departments and consultants, all which gave us different amounts and they kept telling us that the ***** department will be in contact with us and that they will log a quiry we are still waiting. The account was apparently opened in 2021 and yesterday was the first we heard about it.
