Unknown credit listing
Good day
I have noticed that there is a Finchoice loan listed on my credit profile. I am unaware of taking up such a loan from you last year. I am certain I did not receive any funds from you, therefore I cannot understand why there would be a listing which is negatively affecting my credit score. I have also never been contacted regarding this loan which I find extremely strange since you people are saying that I now owe you money.
Please investigate this urgently and provide feedback.
